How should I prepare for cleaning day?
Just make sure that things like laundry, toys and other items are picked up and out of the way. Animals should be outside if practical. In your business, paperwork should be put to one side of the desk so we can clean as much of it as possible.
We can do a much better job in the time allotted if we can focus on cleaning. Our goal is to provide the best service at the lowest cost to you.
Do I need to be there when you clean ?
No. In fact, it is usually better that the office/home be vacant. Again, we are better able to focus on cleaning without distractions. Just make sure that we get the keys and security codes to avoid lockouts. There will be a charge for drive time and mileage if we get locked out or if your home is remote.
What kinds of cleaners do you use?
We use only cleaning products that are non-toxic and biodegradable. They are wonderfully fragrant and work very well. We think your home should be clean and healthy.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service. Typical ally, our regular customers leave a check in a sealed envelope with our name on it. We make the deposits at the end of each working day. If there is a credit due or we work over on the regular time we will leave you a note or email you and make it up on the next visit. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
We also accept credit cards and debit cards through PayPal. They offer a very secure site for accepting payments and we won't need your credit card information. Please visit our Payment Center for more information. Payment is due the day of service.
Who will be coming to clean?
There will usually be two professional cleaners. One will be a lead for the company. We will try our best to have the same cleaners in your home each cleaning. All of our people are well trained and must pass a background check before placing them in your home or business.
How do you charge?
If I estimate a job to be 3.0/hrs and two team members come out it will take them 1.5/hrs to complete the job but you are charged for 3.0/hrs.
What if I need additional work done?
It is always best to make arrangements ahead of time. We may schedule multiple services close together which may not leave enough time for extra work without advance notice. We are happy to accommodate you with any of the items listed on the "Upon request" list, please note the additional time will be added to your overall cleaning time.
How does the Guarantee work?
If you are not happy with any part of our service, just call us within 24 hours of our visit and we will be happy to return and make corrections without any additional cost to you. Simple as that.
Do you offer "Specials" or "Incentives"?
We sure do! Our customers are our best advertising. We offer discounts on regular cleaning for referrals. Call us for the details.
